Couple of suggestions.

How about suitable air pistols being able to mix it with LBR and LBP in T&P1 and therefore another class – as we are discussing classes on other issues. Same targets/timings and any sights. Lump us in on the same line.

T&P2 10 metre stage of 6 in 5 seconds from the holster is difficult to achieve with any finesse. It’s more a “get it out and blat”. Change it to maybe 8 secs as C/F or already out as smallbore. Better still as it use to be in the old PP2 – 10 in 20 secs. I’m sure this 1st stage put a lot of shooters off.

Why not add some more LBR and LBP matches in from pre 1997. The matches for 4 inch (service) and snubbies (off duty). We already have something very similar to Distinguish in the T&P2.

How about some more Muzzle Loading Revolver matches. A match 5 from the 1500 is a real wow and can be done by a pair of shooters working together in lees than an hour – still using one cylinder.

It may be difficult to have an International Match using LBR or LBP, but how about inter Home Countries. There must be enough of us. Remember where all our shooting started from when underlever rifles were only shot by John Wayne and .22 rifles when the lying down. A few will know what I mean.

Aahhhh. HCNM – Home Counties National Match? So there have been some already. And the other is FILGS!!
