Calendar of Events
Event organizers are encouraged to submit as much information as possible and make available entry forms or contact email addresses for general inquiries. You can subscribe using your own calendar application or link it to Google Calendar for easy access via mobile devices.
The 2026 dates are now as shown. The calendar will be kept up to date as the season progresses when entry forms and additional information gets added – or updated.
The 2027 Spring Target Shotgun Festival @ Bisley
The format for this increasingly popular weekend competition is:
Saturday morning – T&P1 and Multi-Target (all classes), NRA Embassy Cup.
Sunday, all day – Practical Shotgun.

The 2027 Spring Action Weekend
The first of three newly revamped Gallery Rifle Action weekends held at Bisley throughout 2025 to encourage Gallery Rifle action shooting to include Centrefire and Smallbore, Long Barrelled Pistol and Revolver. Events

- Target Shotgun matches
There are also a few Fullbore rifle competitions held at 200 yards if you crave the longer distances! The mini-Mcqueen match will also run on Melville over the middle of the day on Saturday.

The Cottesloe Practical Shotgun Challenge
The Cottesloe Heath Challenge (Bisley) will also be a round of the 2027 NRA Shotgun League. This match can be shot on either Saturday or Sunday with some places on the Friday.
The event is a full day match with multiple stages, hosted in the iconic Cottesloe Heath at the National Shooting Centre – Bisley. Some stages require the use of slug ammunition to be used, so depending on your FAC this may limit how many stages you can take part in. Various target will be used including resetting steel and a multi-bird flurry stage.
🎯 All stages are constructed in the days prior to the competition so exact courses of fire cannot be given. We recommended that you bring approximately 100 rounds of birdshot (max size UK No. 4), and 40 solid slug. Only Fibre wad ammunition is permitted
